We welcome experienced RIBO-licensed brokers, OTL-licensed brokers looking to convert to RIBO, and newly licensed individuals who are eager to build a successful career in insurance.
🔹 What We're Looking For
- RIBO-licensed brokers (Personal & Commercial Lines)
- OTL-licensed brokers interested in converting to RIBO
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven, motivated, and team-oriented individuals
- Freshly licensed candidates are welcome!
🔹 What You'll Do
- Prepare competitive insurance quotes, process applications, and manage policy renewals using SIG and Applied Rating Services.
- Build lasting client relationships, generate referrals, and develop your own book of business.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored Personal and Commercial insurance solutions.
- Work with multiple insurance markets to secure competitive coverage and pricing.
- Apply underwriting guidelines and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales expertise through ongoing training.
