Job Description
Peut diriger des projets/processus avec un risque modéré et/ou une complexité; Peut diriger de petites équipes. Priorise les tâches au sein de l’équipe; collabore et coordonne avec les autres membres de l’équipe. Fournit des conseils aux membres de l’équipe ayant moins d’expérience ou de connaissances. Résout des problèmes difficiles et parfois complexes. Utilise les connaissances du sujet pour influencer les autres; Peut coacher et réviser le travail de professionnels de niveau inférieur; Agit comme ressource pour les collègues ayant moins d’expérience. Influence la réalisation des objectifs clients, opérationnels, projets ou services; le travail est guidé par les objectifs de l’équipe et/ou du département.
