TimeLapseME helps construction teams see every milestone. Our Quantam camera units capture timelapse footage on site. ProgressCenter™ turns it into progress-monitoring analytics, and SiteWalk™ gives teams 360° walkthroughs of the job. Our clients include general contractors, owners, and VDC teams on data center and large commercial builds across North America. We’re growing the Burlington team and need someone who already speaks GC.
The role
You’ll source, qualify, and run your own demos. You own the first conversation, and you’ll be in the room with project teams explaining why visual progress tracking matters.
- Prospect GCs, owners, VDC/BIM teams, and procurement contacts across Ontario and North America
- Run outbound by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and keep the Trello pipeline clean
- Deliver live and recorded demos of Quantam, ProgressCenter™, and SiteWalk™, pitched together as one solution to GC innovation/VDC directors, owners, and PMs
- Translate site problems (schedule slippage, disputes, owner reporting) into a clear value pitch
- Work with the BDM and Region Head to move qualified deals to close
- Represent us at trade shows and industry events
Who you are
- 3+ years at a general contractor: project coordinator, assistant PM, field engineer, estimator, superintendent, or preconstruction
- You understand schedules, owner reporting, RFIs, and how GCs actually buy technology
- Comfortable on the phone with project execs and site teams
- Confident presenter, with demos that sound like a project person and not a script
- Self-driven, organized, and happy to work a CRM daily
- Bonus: exposure to data center or mission-critical builds, construction tech, or VDC/BIM tools
What you’ll get
- Base salary
- Commission on deals you originate:
- Fast track toward BDM for strong performers
- Real product, real footage, real customers
- Team in Burlington plus our global team
