Your Role at Tommy Gun's
You'll help create a great experience for every guest while delivering quality barbering and hairstyling services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services
- Taking the time to understand each guest's preferences and expectations
- Providing friendly, attentive service throughout every appointment
- Keeping up with current styles, grooming techniques, and industry trends
- Helping guests discover retail products that suit their needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
- Taking advantage of ongoing education and training opportunities
What Makes You a Great Fit?
We're looking for individuals who combine strong technical skills with a genuine interest in providing excellent guest experiences.
We're looking for:
- Training and certification in barbering or hairstyling, or an apprenticeship currently in progress
- Strong knowledge of the barbering and hairstyling industry
- Awareness of current styles, trends, and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts
