n!Biomachines makes biomanufacturing run in real time. In most plants a bioreactor is a black box: operators set inputs, then wait hours for lab samples, so a failing batch is often lost before anyone sees the problem. n!Biomachines reads the living culture as it happens and lets the process correct itself during the run, so fewer batches fail and development moves faster. It works as one connected system. In-line biosensors continuously measure a culture’s key metabolites, such as glucose, lactate and ammonia. Edge AI reads those signals at each reactor in real time. Control software then keeps the process on target, within limits the operator always sets. n!Biomachines also builds its own bioreactors, with this sensing, AI and control designed in rather than added on. The same layer retrofits onto existing reactors through standard ports, so teams can upgrade the equipment they already run. It is built for regulated, high-value production: pharmaceutical manufacturers making biologics, biosimilars and cell and gene therapies, CDMOs, industrial fermentation, and research and process development teams moving from the lab to validated manufacturing. The control platform is designed for GMP use on a 21 CFR Part 11 architecture. Today it runs on 20+ systems across 8 countries, with under 5% batch failure in validated deployments and up to 70% less process development time. See inside. Control in real time.
